alritey, in case you don't get the references from the mass load of fezzes and the stripy scarf, tiz a Dr Who thang ;) I decided to create something personalized for my friend's birthday. I'm hopefully sticking this on a T-Shirt for her :)

the image is meant to be Rory from Dr Who. and yeah... basically, I don't understand what he doesn't understand, which is what no-one understands, which is what the Doctor understands.  Y'know.
there was a catchphrase on the back, but i've forgotten what it was. But nevertheless, lemme know what you think of the design, and how I can improve it! :D

I'll probably post some more Dr Who stuff on here, cos I have so much Dr Who-related art, for some strange reason haha...
